Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead software delivery for London Market Insurance initiatives. This remote role requires occasional travel to London and effective stakeholder management across multiple teams.

You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, plan resources, manage risk and P&L, and ensure delivery against SLAs and quality targets, using AGILE, JIRA/Confluence, and MS Project. Prior Lloyds/Company market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of delivering software projects.
• Insurance software domain knowledge – Lloyds/Company market preferred.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Experience in P&L generation and management.
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects within constraints.
• Leadership of multi-disciplined teams delivering technical solutions.
• Understanding of project implementation and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Owns an allocated project with full responsibility for delivery within the SOW.
• Escalate to senior management when appropriate.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Plan resources and lead a team with the right capabilities.
• Lead day-to-day operations meeting SLAs and quality targets.
• Define project P&L and report against it.
• Develop the team by setting objectives and priorities.
• Ensure delivery to defined quality standards and timescales.
• Manage client expectations, scope, costs, invoicing, and resources.
