Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes division, invites applications for an Import/Export Ops Specialist based in Central Singapore. You will support day-to-day cross-border movement, ensuring compliant and timely shipments across regional and global markets, within a highly regulated environment.

The role offers exposure to trade processes, ERP systems, and collaboration with logistics providers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to maintain reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field is required.
• Professional coursework or certification in trade, customs, or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute import and export transactions per customs and trade requirements.
• Prepare and review trade documentation including declarations and invoices.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers to ensure timely clearance.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Support compliance with trade regulations and internal audits.
• Maintain records in trade, logistics and ERP systems.
• Assist with reporting, metrics, and data analysis for import/export activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and service levels.
