Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore seeks a Senior Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end deployments for Transaction Services, ensuring seamless digital integrations within contractual SLAs.

You will coordinate across Sales, Product, Technology and external partners, manage requirements, testing, training, and onboarding, and ensure a smooth transition to BAU while maximizing client value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in similar roles; banking experience is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end client implementations for Transaction Services.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations and partners.
• Experience supporting digital, API, ERP or system integration initiatives.
• Experience in highly regulated financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM support and manage onboarding of clients for TS offerings.
• Lead pre-sales activities, design solutions, review revenue assumptions and build partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation: requirements, integrations, testing, training, onboarding.
• Ensure smooth transition to BAU and identify additional value for clients.
• Drive sustainability and align implementation with global strategy and operating model.
• Maintain strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
