Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking an accomplished Global Implementation leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of Transaction Services solutions across client deployments. You will manage complex implementations, coordinate with Sales, Product, Tech and Operations, and drive client value while exploring additional business opportunities.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in transaction banking, API integration, regulatory risk, and strong project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in similar roles in financial services.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end client implementations for Transaction Services.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Experience supporting digital, API, ERP or system integration initiatives.
• Experience implementing projects in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support including RFP/RFI responses on the implementation component.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology and Operations for solution design.
• Lead focused client sessions to position SCB’s proposition and validate revenue assumptions.
• Manage end-to-end implementation from requirements gathering to onboarding and go-live.
• Ensure seamless transition to service teams for BAU servicing and post-implementation support.
• Work with Technology to design platforms and leverage emerging tech (e.g., AI) for product offerings.
• Maintain regulatory and risk controls across implementations and relationships.
