Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Head of Business Management TS Implementation & Service in Singapore to translate group strategy into executable plans. You will oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives, drive digital adoption, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, and ensure governance and risk management across all programmes.

You will lead a diverse team, partner with global stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement while aligning initiatives to business growth and client

Qualifications

15+ years of banking and finance experience with client implementation focus.
Proven track record delivering large, cross-border programmes.
Strong data-driven governance, risk and control discipline.
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programme management for strategic initiatives.
Define execution plans aligned to group strategy and BAU readiness.
Drive digital adoption, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
Ensure governance, benefits tracking and risk management across programmes.
