Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to provide HC partnership across designated Global Corporate Functions and leadership teams. The role covers talent, performance, workforce planning and employee relations, while coordinating local Singapore HC activities with European partners.

You will collaborate with HC CoEs, ensure governance and data integrity, and advise people managers on strategic and operational people matters to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Progressive Human Capital experience with HCBP background in a multinational is preferred.
• Experience supporting corporate/professional functions in a matrixed or multi-country HC environment.
• Strong knowledge across talent, performance management, employee relations and workforce planning.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and HC operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Corporate Functions to translate business priorities into people solutions.
• Provide HC advice on workforce planning, org design, talent, performance and employee relations.
• Coach managers on people-related matters and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate with global HC teams to align local Singapore requirements with regional priorities.
• Maintain governance, confidentiality and data integrity across HC activities.
