Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) seeks a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Specialist to lead and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with the organization's HR technology strategy. You will own the SuccessFactors platform, drive system optimization, and lead strategic HR technology initiatives to enhance people operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–4 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations with post-go-live support.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage and resolve complex system issues with minimal business impact and SLA adherence.
• Partner with HR leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Drive system optimization, process automation, and continuous improvement of HR operations.
• Oversee data governance, system integrity, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Lead release management cycles, including impact analysis, testing strategy, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs and user guides.
• Conduct advanced user training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
