Job summary

Granite Asia is hiring a Group HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across multiple regions, translating business strategy into people priorities while balancing global consistency with local nuance. This role will also work with senior leaders on organisational design, talent, performance and culture, and be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated ability to support

15+ years of progressive HR experience.
Experience supporting multi-country or multi-region teams in fast-growing orgs.
Expertise in employee relations, performance, organizational design, and talent processes.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to translate goals into people plans, headcount, structure and capability needs.
Contribute to global HR roadmap and roll out company-wide initiatives across regions.
Lead talent acquisition activities including workforce planning and offer decisions.
Support organizational design, restructures, role levelling and succession planning.
Lead performance management cycles and coach managers on feedback and difficult conversations.
Foster an inclusive, high-trust culture across time zones.
Support change management during growth, reorganization or transformation.
