Job summary

Granite Asia is hiring a Group HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across multiple regions, translating business strategy into people priorities while balancing global consistency with local nuance. This role will also work with senior leaders on organisational design, talent, performance and culture, and be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees.

• Contribute to global HR roadmap and roll out company-wide initiatives across regions.
• Lead talent acquisition activities including workforce planning and offer decisions.
• Support organizational design, restructures, role levelling and succession planning.
• Lead performance management cycles and coach managers on feedback and difficult conversations.
• Foster an inclusive, high-trust culture across time zones.
• Support change management during growth, reorganization or transformation.

We are looking for a Group HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across multiple regions. This role will translate business strategy into people priorities, balancing global consistency with local nuance. This role will also work with senior leaders on organisational design, talent, performance, and culture, and be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and design people plans that support them, including headcount, structure, and capability needs
• Contribute to the global HR roadmap and help roll out company-wide initiatives in relevant regions
• Lead talent acquisition matters such as workforce planning, hiring strategy, and offer decisions
• Support organizational design, restructures, role levelling, and succession planning
• Lead performance management cycles, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and difficult conversations
• Build an inclusive, high-trust culture across teams and time zones
• Support change management during growth, reorganization, or transformation

Ideal Profile

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting multi-country or multi-region teams, ideally in a fast-growing organization
• Track record in employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and talent processes
• Cultural intelligence and the ability to adapt your style across regions, languages, and working norms

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in technology, venture-backed, or high-growth environments
• Exposure to global mobility and cross-border employment structures (e.g. US, UK)
