Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Lifecycle, Process Excellence, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement, system enhancement, implementation, or change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and levels.
• Experience working with Workday, ServiceNow, reporting tools, or similar HR technologies.
• Ability to simplify complex information and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation, digital solutions, and operational excellence.

Aufgaben

• Identify and solve operational issues through process, system, or service improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and recommend scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to design, test, and implement process and system enhancements.
• Support project delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, change readiness, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Develop reporting, insights, and recommendations to support operational performance and decision-making.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, controls, and knowledge resources.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across employee lifecycle services.
• Share expertise and contribute to capability building across the team.
