Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in HR/Operations.
• Experience with Workday Core HR and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Experience in HR Total Rewards is preferred.
• Strong adaptability and ability to multitask across platforms.
• High fluency in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize requests from employees, managers, and HR partners through ServiceNow while delivering Total Rewards operations.
• Support leave administration and compensation audits.
• Assist with system updates, mass data uploads, and benefits administration.
• Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.
