Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management.
• Experience with Workday Core HR and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Experience in HR Total Rewards is preferred.
• Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to balance competing priorities and multitask across multiple platforms and systems.
• High fluency in English to effectively support stakeholders across different geographies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer leave of absence requests in Workday and various time management systems.
• Administer employee benefits, including health, insurance, retirement, meal, and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
• Support quarterly, bi-annual, and annual compensation cycles.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee benefits providers and payroll interfaces.
• Conduct regular Total Rewards audit of HR data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
