Job summary

Nike Singapore Pte Ltd's APGC Global Process Delivery (GPD) team collaborates with the GPD hub, HR, Payroll, and Technology to deliver global HR solutions and drive process enhancements for a better employee experience.

You will identify operational issues, perform root-cause analysis, and design scalable improvements while partnering with regional and global stakeholders. Emphasis on automation and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Technology, Payroll, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with root-cause analysis.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement or change initiatives.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or similar HR tech.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Continuous improvement mindset with automation interest.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve operational issues via process, system, or service improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and propose scalable solutions.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to design and test enhancements.
• Support project delivery from requirements to post-launch support.
• Develop reporting and insights to guide decisions.
• Create and maintain process docs, work instructions, and controls.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvements across lifecycle services.
• Share expertise and contribute to capability building within the team.
