Nike Singapore Pte Ltd's APGC Global Process Delivery (GPD) team collaborates with the GPD hub, HR, Payroll, and Technology to deliver global HR solutions and drive process enhancements for a better employee experience.

You will identify operational issues, perform root-cause analysis, and design scalable improvements while partnering with regional and global stakeholders. Emphasis on automation and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Technology, Payroll, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with root-cause analysis.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement or change initiatives.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or similar HR tech.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Continuous improvement mindset with automation interest.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will join the APGC Global Process Delivery (GPD) team and partner with the GPD hub team, employees, managers, HR Business Partners, People Solutions Advisory, Payroll, Total Rewards, Global Process Owners, and Technology teams to deliver projects and drive process enhancements to improve employee experiences and deliver scalable HR solutions globally.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Lifecycle, Process Excellence, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement, system enhancement, implementation, or change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and levels.
• Experience working with Workday, ServiceNow, reporting tools, or similar HR technologies.
• Ability to simplify complex information and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation, digital solutions, and operational excellence.

• Share expertise and contribute to capability building across the team.
