Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR transformation professional to drive Work Time and Pay integrations across the global HR landscape.

You will collaborate with IT and business users to design, document, and implement standardized processes and flows between HR, Time and Payroll teams and external providers. The role focuses on process reengineering, change management, and ensuring the HR system landscape delivers seamless Time and Payroll data integration across regions.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of payroll processes.
• Experience in the design and implementation of payroll or time interfaces (not coding).
• Strong IT skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with WorkTime & Pay processes in HR systems (Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP).
• Very good business English.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and analysis on Business Process Optimization for Work Time and Pay globally.
• Interpret and test interface design to ensure robust delivery of Time and Payroll data to external vendor systems.
• Own end-to-end processes, collect, assess, document and standardize existing processes.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and resolve escalations.
• Standardize Work Time and Pay processes with HR and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement changes in TOM and communicate updates to impacted teams.
