Job summary

CMC Markets Middle East is seeking a Senior HR professional in Singapore to partner with the HR and management teams on resource planning and employee matters. The role focuses on talent acquisition, payroll management in Singapore, and handling Work passes and employee records.

You will contribute to employee development, onboarding, and internal mobility while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management or a business discipline.
• At least 5 years HR experience, including proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner/ HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong local labor law knowledge of Singapore
• Experience in Employee Lifecycle Management including onboarding, development, and succession planning
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and management on staffing needs and employee matters.
• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment service delivery across business units.
• Prepare employment contracts, induction materials and payroll setup for new hires.
• Manage Singapore payroll via external provider and reconcile payroll reports.
• Handle foreign worker passes (S Pass and EP) and maintain Workday records.
• Maintain employee records and generate HR reports for management.
• Support staff development, training, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
