Job summary

CMC Markets, a leading fintech firm, is seeking a Human Resource Manager in Singapore to partner with management on people strategies and daily HR needs. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and HR policies.

You will also manage work passes, performance reviews, compensation activities and global HR reporting, helping to build a high‑performing culture across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage payroll, work passes and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding and employee development.
• Prepare contracts, induction material and payroll setup for new recruits.
• Manage Work passes, S Pass and EP renewals for foreign workers.
• Maintain employee records and payroll data with external providers.
• Generate HR reports for management and global HR teams.
• Drive talent management, wellbeing initiatives and internal mobility.
• Provide HR support across recruitment, performance management and compensation.

Education

Degree in HR Management or business discipline
