Job summary

Michelman in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Generalist to partner with regional managers and lead end-to-end HR operations. The role covers performance management, learning and development, retention and compensation programs, and recruitment support.

You will handle HR inquiries, stay/exit interviews, engagement activities, and maintain HRIS records while ensuring compliance with local regulations. A confidential, detail-oriented professional with strong communication is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Full range of HR activities and regional HR projects
• Administer performance management, learning and development, retention and C&B programs
• Partner with managers and directors as a trusted HR business partner
• Handle HR inquiries and associate questions
• Investigate issues and drive resolutions with leadership
• Lead focus groups and debrief sessions on engagement surveys
• Conduct stay/exit interviews and analyze trends
• Develop and deliver HR training, virtually and in person
• Manage workers' compensation and leave cases
• Assist in region recruitment with job descriptions, screening, and interviews
• Support employee engagement activities and events
• Organize and maintain HRIS records
• Support HR team on special projects and change management
