Job summary

Garena is seeking an HR/OD professional with 2+ years of experience to collaborate with senior management on company-wide people practices. You will help design, implement, and liaise on policies across HR and organizational development, ensuring alignment between group-level and local teams.

You will craft management reports for Garena and the group while researching industry benchmarks to drive effective people strategies in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably covering multiple areas of HR and/or OD.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking capability - you understand the why behind the what and the how, and always seek to deliver effective solutions that work, even if it is unorthodox.
• Business-centric mindset, combined with people sensitivity - you have good communication skills, and a proven record of building trust with stakeholders.
• Resourceful and hands-on - you enjoy getting your hands dirty and don't shy away from manual administrative work.
• Being a gamer is a strong plus.
• Full Work In Office policy, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to review company-wide people practices, identify critical issues and support the hands-on implementation of customized solutions.
• Assist in the design and execution of global policies and projects across multiple areas, including but not limited to talent acquisition / development, organizational development / culture, performance management, internal communications, etc.
• Support management reporting efforts within Garena as well as at the group level.
• Serve as a liaison between group-level and local HR teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution while value-adding to both sides.
• Research latest industry benchmarks and best practices in people strategy and operations, as well as organizational development.
