HR Organisational Development Intern

As a Group HR (GHR) Organisational Development (OD) Intern, you will be part of the OD team at PSA International. The role is involved in the effective design, development, and on‑time delivery and implementation of OD initiatives and training to the business. This role reports to the Deputy Manager (GHR).

Accountabilities

• Design and create training materials used in workshops pertaining to leadership development, culture, and learning
• Conduct online research in the leadership space for applicability to workshop development and curate relevant ideas and writeups for leadership workshop enhancement
• Plan and assist in the running of OD events as well as end‑to‑end logistics for OD workshops and other teambuilding events
• Assist in other HR and administrative functions, as and when assigned
