Job summary

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process improvement or digitalisation initiatives.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, RPA) and AI solutions.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across local and overseas offices to deliver seamless HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build expertise in employment legislation and HR practices across multiple jurisdictions to support a global workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and employee journeys to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Champion HR digitalisation, automation, and AI initiatives to redesign workflows and improve employee experiences.
• Implement and communicate new HR policies, programmes, and process enhancements for wide adoption.
• Support strategic HR projects and workforce planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
