Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and fluent in English for stakeholder communication (internal & external).
• Advanced Excel skills for mass HR data sorting, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with HRIS operations and data management preferred.
• Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect full-range workforce HR data and maintain HRIS database.
• Standardize and securely archive employee personnel documents and records.
• Provide full-cycle HR operational support for all China business departments.
• Coordinate insurance providers, manage group medical, accident and travel welfare insurance.
• Lead business-oriented HR projects and cross-department resource coordination.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for China-based staff.
