Job summary

MEXC is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage global onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes on-site in Singapore. The role emphasizes data integrity, HRIS management, and cross‑functional collaboration with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in HR Operations or SSC, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Chinese to support a multinational workforce across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, SSC, HR Administration, or People Operations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to support global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills for HR data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contract renewals and other employee lifecycle processes for global staff and contractors.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and HRIS with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Serve as the primary HR SSC point of contact for inquiries and day-to-day HR support.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Support payroll preparation, benefits administration, and insurance management across regions.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics on headcount, attrition, and organizational changes.
• Participate in process optimization, automation, and SOP development to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, contract renewals, and other employee lifecycle processes for global employees and contractors.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary HR Shared Services (SSC) point of contact for employee inquiries, HR tickets, and day-to-day HR operational support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Support payroll preparation, employee benefits administration, insurance management, and HR documentation across multiple regions.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics related to headcount, onboarding, attrition, organizational changes, and other HR metrics.
• Participate in HR process optimization, automation initiatives, SOP development, and other HR projects to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services (SSC), HR Administration, or People Operations.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese to effectively support global teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with experience in HR data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and employee lifecycle management processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in multinational companies, fintech, cryptocurrency, Web3, or technology industries will be an added advantage.
