Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma qualification in Human Resource Management / Business or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience gained in a multinational environment preferred and good understanding of Singapore employment practices and regulations
• High integrity with ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, HR documentation and employee lifecycle matters.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, extensions and other HR documents.
• Coordinate probation/confirmation reviews and handle employee HR enquiries.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, clearance and final payment coordination.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related documentation.
• Maintain HR systems and update employee information, movements and leave records.
• Support China HR operations, including payroll and regional HR administration.
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellness programmes and company events.
• Prepare HR communications, announcements and materials.
• Support HR projects and maintain HR policies, templates and SOPs.
