Job summary

PASONA Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Associate on a 1-year contract, centrally located in Central. The role supports global mobility operations, payroll coordination, onboarding and immigration processes, and data management.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor’s in HR or business, possess at least one year of HR admin experience, and are proficient with Excel and HRMS. The position offers exposure to regional HR operations and vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR administration or HR operations experience.
• Exposure to mobility administration and/or immigration processes such as Employment Pass applications.
• Knowledge of payroll and mobility-related processes.
• Familiarity with Work pass application processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRMS.
• Regional HR operations experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Global Mobility Operations: support payroll, relocation, onboarding, and compliance.
• Immigration Administration: coordinate Employment Pass and related processes.
• Documentation & Billing: manage HR agreements and billing workflows.
• System Support & Data Management: assist HRMS implementation and data migration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with HR colleagues, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
