Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support the Human Resources team in the areas of Global Mobility, Immigration Administration, Payroll Coordination, HR Operations and HR Systems. This role offers exposure to regional HR operations and the opportunity to work closely with employees, business stakeholders and external vendors in a fast-paced multinational environment.
Working Location: Marina Bay Area, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Job Type: 12-Months Contract (Direct Employment)
Key Responsibilities
Global Mobility & HR Operations
- Support employee mobility activities including onboarding, relocation administration and mobility documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes and HR operational activities.
Immigration Administration
- Coordinate Employment Pass, Dependant Pass and other work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and service providers to ensure timely processing and compliance.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Support payroll administration and employee benefits processes.
- Assist with HR-related reporting and data management.
Documentation & Billing
- Manage HR agreements, documentation, approval tracking and billing administration.
- Support internal chargeback and invoicing processes.
HR Systems & Data Management
- Support HRIS maintenance, data updates and system-related projects.
- Assist in data migration and system implementation activities where required.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with HR colleagues, employees, managers and external vendors.
- Provide timely support and ensure service excellence across HR processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of HR Administration or HR Operations experience.
- Experience handling Employment Pass or other work pass processes is preferred.
- Exposure to Global Mobility, Immigration or Relocation Administration will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of payroll and Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience using HRMS/HRIS systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking skills.
- Meticulous, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
