Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Public Policy, Law, Academia, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading globally distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of content policy, online safety, and authenticity challenges.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives for executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy teams globally, overseeing design, planning and talent development.
• Direct regional crisis escalations and act as the policy voice during crises.
• Balance regional needs with global safety standards and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation and enforcement outcomes.
• Set multi-year strategy for regional policy with hands-on execution.
