Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is partnering with a leading global technology company to appoint a Senior Director, HR who will shape and scale overseas HR operations across Asia, North America and Europe.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, drive leadership development, talent management and governance, and build scalable people processes to support rapid international growth. Mandarin fluency is mandatory, with regular collaboration with teams in China.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior HR leadership roles supporting regional or global businesses.
• Multi-country HR operations experience across diverse geographies.
• Fluency in Mandarin required to liaise with China stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead international HR function across multiple regions and countries.
• Partner with business leaders to drive growth, transformation, and talent strategies.
• Build HR operating models, governance, and people processes.
