Job Description

As the Senior Director, HR, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business objectives across a diverse international footprint. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will lead strategic HR initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across all overseas markets.

• Leading the international HR function across multiple regions and countries.

The Successful Applicant

• A proven track record managing complex, multi-country HR operations.
• Strong expertise across HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and HR Operations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and growth initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures and geographies.
• Experience within technology, manufacturing, engineering, electronics, industrial, or innovation-driven sectors is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory. The successful candidate will frequently liaise with senior stakeholders based in China and will be required to review, interpret, and work with internal business materials and documentation that may be produced in mandarin.
