Michael Page Singapore’s Human Resources practice is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build client partnerships and manage end-to-end recruitment across HR functions. You will develop client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions to organisations across industries.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from briefings to candidate sourcing, interviewing, offers and placement, while expanding your candidate network in HR business partnering,

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in recruitment, HR, sales, business development or account management.
• Ability to understand HR job requirements and communicate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities and grow accounts.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their HR needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client outreach and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefings to placement.
• Build candidate networks across HR functions through sourcing and market mapping.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define required qualifications and expectations.
• Advise clients and candidates on talent availability and recruitment processes.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate fees within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and uphold fair, confidential practices.
