Deel is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager, Global HCM for North Asia (ASEAN/GCR) to lead and scale partnerships with Global HCM partners in the region. You will drive demand, pipeline, and revenue through partner ecosystems and go-to-market motions across ASEAN and Greater China.

Based in Singapore with regional North Asia coverage, you will own engagements, governance, GTM planning, leads, and integrations with Product/Tech to support the region.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or HCM ecosystem roles.
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystem across ASEAN and Greater China.
• Proven track record of building GTM motions that drive pipeline and revenue in North Asia markets.
• Commercial, structured, and credible with senior stakeholders across diverse regional cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Global HCM partners North Asia relationship: engagements, leads, governance, GTM, and executive/field alignment across ASEAN and GCR.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via Global HCM partner ecosystem motions.
• Identify, recruit, and activate strategic Global HCM partners ecosystem partners (SIs, implementation partners, specialist partners) across the region.
• Build and execute joint GTM plans focused on the partners customer base, with a primary emphasis on Singapore, South Korea, Greater China, and Hong Kong, as well as the wider ASEAN region.
• Act as business owner for partner integrations and technical enhancements, partnering with Product and Tech, required to support the region.
• Activate and nurture revenue-generating ecosystem partners (GSIs, VARs)
• Deal velocity, revenue and conversion rates.
• Field engagement and GTM motions across the region.
• Based in Singapore (preferred) with strong North Asia coverage across ASEAN and GCR.
