Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Singapore to support the Go-To-Market organization across ASEAN, Korea, and Greater China. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel and other GTM functions to drive growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or Generalist roles.
• Experience partnering with Sales or Go-To-Market teams in technology sectors.
• Experience in a matrix organization and with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with ASEAN, Korea and Greater China employment laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Mandarin ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to GTM leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Lead talent initiatives: organization development, workforce planning, succession, performance.
• Support transformation and change management for sustainable growth.
• Use HR data to guide decisions, identify trends, improve programs.
• Enhance employee engagement, morale and retention; manage internal communications.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations and conflicts.
• Manage full lifecycle HR for GTM organization from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and growth plans.
• Collaborate with regional HR and Centres of Excellence on global/regional initiatives.
