• 3+ years of experience building or optimizing large‑scale systems in internet or fintech
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Mining, or related fields
• Hands‑on experience with modern ML techniques—including statistical learning, deep learning, uplift modeling, or large‑scale optimization
• Exceptional analytical and logical reasoning skills, capable of breaking down complex growth problems
• Curiosity and ambition to grow, with a passion for using data and AI to drive business impact across global products

Responsabilidades

• Solve high‑impact growth challenges, from funnel optimization to pricing strategies, by building scalable systems
• Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle of growth algorithms—from problem definition to experimentation and production deployment
• Develop large‑scale ML algorithms and growth models using AI, deep learning, and uplift modeling
• Develop AI‑driven decision systems—including autonomous agents—that learn and adapt growth strategies across markets
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact
