Job summary

NetEase is seeking a Game Community Operations Executive to expand overseas gaming communities and partner networks. You will identify and engage community owners across platforms like Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and game forums to drive growth and ROI.

You will design collaboration models, source resources, and manage campaigns around game launches and updates, building a scalable community ops framework with tools and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong outreach, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with overseas gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Facebook Groups, forums).
• Proficient in English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Expand and operate overseas game communities and channels to drive growth.
• Source new partnership resources to boost user growth, GMV and ROI.
• Build relationships with community owners, admins, and core organisers across Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Telegram, and game forums.
• Design and execute partnership models — including CPS deals, exclusive offers, community events, and bot integrations.
• Plan growth campaigns around launches/updates; track traffic, payments, and conversion; maintain SOPs and a resource library; explore AI tools.
