Job summary

NetEase is seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for international teams, spanning engineering, product, game development and publishing. You will partner with China headquarters and regional HR to understand business needs and build robust talent pipelines for multiple regions.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment operations to ensure high-quality hires across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 5+ years in international recruitment.
• Experience sourcing and assessing candidates across global markets.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international teams across engineering, product, game development and publishing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, China HQ and HR to plan hiring strategies and pipelines.
• Source talent via LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, agencies and more.
• Support TA Operations activities, including ATS management, data reporting and process improvements.
• Contribute to campus recruitment, employer branding and regional talent initiatives.
