Job summary

NetEase Games is hiring a Game Community Operations Executive to expand overseas gaming communities and manage partner channels. You will identify community owners and admins across Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and game forums to grow user engagement, GMV, and ROI.

In this role, you will design partnership models, manage outreach, and build a scalable resource library with SOPs. English is used as the working language, and prior overseas community experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proven ability to build partnerships from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of overseas gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Facebook Groups).
• Proficient in English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Expand and operate overseas game communities and channels to drive growth.
• Identify and partner with admins, owners, and core players across platforms.
• Design and execute partnership models to secure long-term output.
• Plan growth campaigns around launches and updates; track traffic, payments, conversions.
• Build a community resource library and SOPs; explore AI tools to improve outreach.
