Job summary

NetEase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for our international teams in engineering, product, gaming, publishing and more.

You will partner with hiring managers across regions, including China HQ, to understand needs and build effective hiring strategies. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing via LinkedIn and industry networks, managing ATS and data, and supporting campus events and employer branding, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of recruitment experience, including hands‑on international recruitment and end‑to‑end hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with experience using LinkedIn and other major recruitment channels and tools.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Excellent business understanding and communication skills across regions and teams.
• Gaming industry TA experience or TA Operations exposure, plus familiarity with Greenhouse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for international teams across engineering, product, game development, publishing and other functions.
• Partner with hiring managers, China HQ, and HR teams to align hiring needs with business goals.
• Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, industry communities, referrals, agencies, and more; build pipelines.
• Support TA Operations activities including ATS management, recruitment data, reporting and process improvements.
• Assist international campus recruitment, employer branding, and events, collaborating with regional teams.
