Job summary

NetEase is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for international teams across engineering, product, game development, and publishing. You will partner with hiring managers in multiple regions, including China HQ, to devise effective hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines.

The role requires 5+ years of international recruitment experience, exceptional sourcing and assessment skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with international hiring
• Good sourcing and candidate assessment skills using major channels and tools
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for coordination with global teams
• Strong business understanding, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Recruitment experience in the gaming industry or exposure to TA operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international teams across functions
• Collaborate with hiring managers, China HQ, and HR to meet talent needs
• Source talent via LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, agencies, and other channels
• Support TA Operations activities: ATS, reporting, process improvements, and agency management
• Contribute to international campus recruitment and employer branding efforts
