Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production/Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong statistics and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on with scenario/comparison methodologies.
• Experience with SNOP process and business plan management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to executives.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Digital fluency and basic AI literacy for research and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead scenario studies across BP horizons, owning baselines and change control.
• Conduct Fab Scenario Optimization with cost, ramp, inventory and market share analyses.
• Align product roadmap to business requirements and coordinate parameter updates with collaborators.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing practices from development through ramp and HVM.
• Communicate insights to executives and cross-functional teams for decision-making.
• Provide quantitative analyses (P&L, ROI, NPV) to support decisions.
• Build automation and dashboards using Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Apply planning systems and advanced MS Office features for modeling and reporting.
