Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Staff Engineer to shape and deliver frontend central planning initiatives.

You will translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements for planning tools, lead cross-functional programs, and ensure sustained adoption of new processes and systems. You will collaborate with planning, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to improve data quality, enable automation, and drive AI-enabled planning across the frontend

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, strategic planning, or related areas.
Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to adoption.
Strong understanding of factory planning, capacity, capital, or planning-system concepts.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and trade-offs.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
