Qualifications

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, strategic planning, capacity or capital planning, operations, supply chain, business transformation, analytics, or program leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and lead large, complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
Establish scope, milestones, decision points, success measures, dependencies, and governance for disciplined execution.
Drive alignment, remove roadblocks, manage risks, and ensure actions are closed with clear accountability.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, use cases, process logic, and acceptance criteria for planning tools and digital solutions.
Improve data quality, integration, visualization, and usability across planning platforms.
