Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in semiconductor manufacturing, capacity planning, scenario planning, industrial engineering, production planning, or related strategic operations roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and deliver cross-functional results.
• Strong analytical skills, data analysis, problem solving, and financial trade-off thinking.
• Experience with planning systems, databases, Microsoft Office, and analytics/automation tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Central Scenario team with clear priorities and cadence.
• Drive global fab scenario optimization across cost, ramp, inventory, and roadmap trade-offs.
• Partner with Global Front End Planning Central teams and other functions to align assumptions and recommendations.
• Govern scenario baselines, changes, and parameter management for consistent inputs.
• Translate capacity, tool, and transfer-path constraints into executive-ready options.
• Supervise and mentor engineers to strengthen technical and communication skills.
• Ensure timely delivery of scenario studies with high-quality analysis and clear trade-off framing.
