You will mentor a Central Scenario team, set priorities, manage monthly SNOP cadence, and translate complex capacity and cost trade-offs into clear executive recommendations with a focus on data automation and AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience in industrial engineering, operations management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Experience with planning systems, databases, analytics/automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Central Scenario team, setting priorities and cadence for monthly SNOP.
• Drive global fab scenario optimization across cost, capital, ramp, inventory, and roadmap.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align assumptions and recommendations.
• Own governance and parameter management for planning inputs.
• Translate complex capacity and trade-offs into executive recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor Strategic Scenario Engineers.
