Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Global Planning Strategic Program Engineer to drive FrontEnd Planning Transformative Initiative and Business Process Improvement. You will collaborate with Global and Asia/USA teams to deliver impactful planning solutions.

The role focuses on optimizing planning systems, standardizing processes, governing data, and driving automation, with strong cross-team engagement and a strategic impact on manufacturing planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Fab Planning knowledge.
• Proven project management skills with objectives and timelines.
• Excellent knowledge of planning systems and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; independent worker with team collaboration.
• AI experience is highly advantageous, including AI agents and generative AI in planning.

Responsibilities

• Understand the planning system and ensure successful implementation across the network.
• Understand current processes and generate improvement proposals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and systemize.
• Standardize best practices and implement planning systems (Fazer, Tools List Web, PDM).
• Establish planning data governance across the network (Loading, Capacity Model).
• Collaborate with SMAI, Global and Site Planning, Layout to deploy systems and processes.
