Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, strategic planning, capacity or capital planning.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through adoption.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, planning-system concepts and capacity planning.
• Ability to synthesize data into clear insights, options and recommendations.
• Influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, analytics, or digital transformation.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead large, cross-functional initiatives from concept to adoption and benefits realization.
• Set scope, workstreams, milestones, governance, and success metrics for disciplined execution.
• Drive alignment, remove roadblocks, manage risks, and ensure accountability.
• Provide concise updates with outcomes, decisions needed, and risk mitigation.
• Identify pain points and design scalable process, governance, or capability improvements.
• Implement standards and methods to improve planning quality, speed, and transparency.
• Apply structured problem solving and root-cause analysis to prevent rework.
• Lead change adoption through early user engagement, documentation, and monitoring.
• Translate business needs into requirements for planning tools and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with solution teams through design, validation, implementation, and enhancement.
• Improve data quality, integration, and visualization across platforms.
• Explore automation and AI-enabled planning opportunities.
• Build partnerships across Frontend Planning, manufacturing sites, engineering, supply chain, finance, and digital teams.
• Influence priorities and trade-offs without formal authority.
• Communicate complex analyses with evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentor peers and strengthen capabilities through standards and reusable methods.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and strategic analysis to spot opportunities.
