Job summary

KLN LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT (ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end freight forwarding projects across air, ocean, road, and rail. You will coordinate with Operations, IT, Legal, and external partners to translate requirements into SOPs and ensure smooth go-lives.

You will guide eSolutions development, manage timelines and risks, train stakeholders, and provide post-implementation governance to sustain service excellence across stations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, key account management, or project implementation.
• Strong understanding of global air, ocean, and road freight operations, supply chain processes, and logistics system implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional and multicultural teamwork.
• Business-oriented mindset with change management capabilities, accountability, and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with stakeholders across countries and levels.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CargoWise, SAP, TRAX systems, and logistics AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end customer implementation projects for global freight forwarding solutions across air, ocean, road, and rail.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Legal, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into SOPs/eSOPs to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support eSolutions development including requirements, SIT/UAT, bug resolution, and go-live support.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, and change requests for successful outcomes.
• Provide regular status updates and review meetings to communicate progress.
• Conduct operational and system training for internal teams and external stakeholders on SOPs/eSOPs.
• Provide post-implementation governance to ensure compliance and service excellence across stations.
• Drive KPI tracking, business reviews, and continuous performance monitoring for account management.
• Lead continuous improvement and cross-regional EDI integration projects.
