Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes.
• Experience with air and/or sea freight shipments.
• Familiar with Incoterms and international shipments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate with customers, agents and internal teams.
• Independent, organised and fast-paced.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries relating to quotations, shipments and operational matters promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate the activation of import, export and cross‑trade shipments.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers, overseas agents and internal operations teams.
• Prepare and manage documentation for import/export shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates.
• Handle shipment-related issues and customer concerns, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve.
• Maintain accurate shipment information, records, reports and system entries.
• Ensure consistent service standards by following procedures and customer requirements.
• Support sales and marketing activities when required.
