Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator in Singapore to handle daily communications with customers via calls and emails, and ensure prompt responses in a high-urgency environment.

You will verify shipment documents, coordinate with traffic, freight and operations to arrange bookings, and prepare shipment and billing reports while resolving issues with customers and overseas counterparts to support timely operations.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or above
• Proficient in CargoWise system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated team player with good analytical skills, initiative, and willingness to support operations outside regular hours

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer communications via calls and emails in a high-urgency environment.
• Verify shipment documents against cargo and export permits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (traffic, freight, operations) to arrange bookings and ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare shipment and billing reports, while resolving issues with customers and overseas counterparts to ensure timely operations.
