Job summary

Faith Logistics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage end-to-end freight shipments. You will coordinate imports/exports, prepare documents, liaise with customers and carriers, and monitor schedules to ensure timely updates.

The role requires familiarity with freight forwarding processes, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from start to finish.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and other freight documentation.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers.
• Arrange bookings and coordinate deliveries and collections.
• Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
• Resolve shipment issues and support customers with enquiries.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
• Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
