Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned program manager to lead the design, governance and rollout of the Card Authorization Target Operating Model across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, set milestones, drive readiness assessments, and deliver go‑live support for large‑scale fraud technology programs, including PoCs and multi‑phase implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance for Card Authorization Target Operating Model.
• Coordinate cross-market rollout across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.
• Manage weekly cadence and deliverables with market stakeholders.
• Oversee fraud technology deployments, including PoCs and full-scale implementations.
